Philip O’CallaghanDirector

Philip, a co-founder and Director of The Super Generation is a qualified secondary teacher and taught for 10 years in Naas CBS and St. David’s CBS, Artane. He is the first Buzan Licenced Instructor in Mind Mapping in the Republic of Ireland. He is a Licenced NLP Practitioner, having received his training from the founder of NLP, Dr. Richard Bandler. For the past number of years he has been the managing director of The Examcraft Group. He holds an MSc in Computer Applications for Education from Dublin City University and an MBA from the Warwick University.

Feidhlim Ó SeasnáinManager

Feidhlim is passionate about inspiring and empowering young people to reach their full potential in life, to be and achieve whatever their dreams for themselves may be.
Feidhlim has a broad range of professional experience working with young people from various backgrounds and experiences. Along with being a former secondary school teacher and youth worker he has worked in management in environmental NGOs and youth addiction services. He is also is a specialist in ESD (Education for Sustainable Development).
Feidhlim brings this wide breadth of experience into his work and believes strongly in facilitating and creating quality experiential educational opportunities for all young people.

Louise PlattTrainer

Louise believes that working with young people is a real privilege and every day is different in her role as trainer. Training has always been one of the most enjoyable aspects of her career to date, whether working with disadvantaged youth, in second level schools, or as a Guidance Counsellor.
Louise graduated with a degree in Business Studies from the University of Limerick along with a diploma in Education and Training and a diploma in Guidance Counselling, both from DCU.
Louise has over seven years’ experience in developing and delivering QQI/FETAC training programmes, managing staff and students and developing policies. She established her own company in 2015 providing training, career coaching and psychometric testing.

Ger RobinsonTrainer

Ger is a big believer in the idea that learning is a journey; one that doesn’t have to end with one’s formal education, and one that can be a fulfilling and rich experience. He holds an MA in Philosophy from DCU and is currently studying for his PhD.
He has lectured at DCU in philosophy, and for the last seven years has also specialised in working with second and third level students in the area of academic and motivational support, with a view to increasing educational opportunities for marginalised individuals and groups. Ger’s passion lies in encouraging young people to pursue their academic goals and reach their full potential.

Bernadette MurrayTrainer

Bernadette inculcates a passion for learning, focus, ambition, hard work and self-belief in the young people she works with.
Bernadette is a qualified teacher and solicitor. She is a graduate of TCD and holds a Masters Degree from Keele University, UK. She has worked as a solicitor in Ireland and the UK and has taught Irish and Latin to higher Leaving Certificate level. She is also an Irish Oral examiner for the Leaving Certificate. Bernadette is a trained Study Skills coach.

Sean KellyTrainer

Sean believes in the importance of inspiring and educating the next generation to realise more of their infinite potential and to use it for the betterment of themselves and others.
Sean holds an honours degree in physics and mathematics and is a master practitioner in NLP. He also has qualifications in business, psychotherapy, hypnotherapy, public speaking and yoga along with being a certified Search Inside Yourself Leadership trainer (SIY developed in Google). He achieved 8th place in the Tony Buzan World Memory Championships in 1997. Sean is an International Professional Development Trainer and Inspirational Speaker, with over twenty years’ experience, he has developed and delivered training to schools, businesses and organisations in many countries around the world.
Sean is also a published author, an accomplished and experienced musician, an Ironman triathlete and competed for Ireland in the 2010 European Championships.
